You are able to buy online via Paypal orCredit Card.

Please note, that for security reasons we do not store your card details.

Telephone orders.

This can be done by calling 01386 710000.  We have the facility to take credit card payments over the phone.  If we are out of the office then please do leave a message on our answer machine and we will get back in touch as soon as possible.

We, at Startsmart, use Royal Mail and everything is dispatched by 1st Class Post or Parcel Force 48hr depending on the weight of the parcel.  If however, you need the item you have ordered to be `Special Delivery` then please do get in touch with us and we can arrange this with the Post Office, though a seperate charge for this delivery will occur.

Posting cost to the UK will be £3.95 for orders under £50.00.  Posting costs for orders £50.00 and over will be free.

Overseas Delivery Costs

European Union - £9.00
All other destinations - £15.00
Please Note - This is a minimum charge.  In some instances the postage charge will have to be reviewed depending on the weight of the parcel.  We will contact you if we think there will be an extra charge for delivering your order. In most instances we would use a courier e.g UPS as they would  be less expensive then the Royal Mail.  If further payment is needed this can either be done by Credit Card or through Paypal, it is a very simple process.

N.B. Customers please note that in some countries there may be additional import duties that must be paid by the customer on receipt of the goods.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with the items we have sent you (sale items excluded), please return the goods to us within 14 days unworn and with a receipt.  

We have three options for you on items from CURRENT STOCK (not sale items)
1. Exchange
2. Refund
3. Credit Note ( To be used within 12months of the original transaction)

We do offer a 7 day cooling off period, once the customer has received the goods and decides it is not what they want then the goods can be returned and money refunded.

 NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS, credit note offered.

In all of these instances a receipt will be required.
We are also not able to refund the original P & P for any of the three options above unless there is a fault with the item.
