delivery and postage information

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards and with payment being taken through PROTX, a Secure Server, you can be sure your transaction is absolutely safe.

We are happy to accept cheques and please contact us for further details if you would prefer to make payment by this method.

Delivery Schedule
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Some of the items are made especially for us by small British manufacturers and demand for them can outstrip supply.

In the event of an item being out of stock we will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours with information and delivery dates. If the arrangements are not satisfactory an immediate refund will be made.

Generally orders are dispatched by First Class Post. However, if an item is required by a specific date or time a courier service will be used and the cost may vary. Please contact us for details.

Orders below £30.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.00per order
Standard delivery on orders over £30.00 will be free of charge, unless specific service is requested. Please contact us for details
